09.04.2021On April 9th 2021 Evgenia Zusman, You & Partners’ managing partner recorded two workshops for Skolkovo’s Master of Public Administration educational program designed for managerial teams from Russia’s largest 100 cities.
The first workshop included Evgenia’s practice-oriented recommendations on the focal points in making the choice between concession and public-private partnership agreements.
The second workshop covered practical peculiarities of implementing concession agreements in the sphere of outdoor lighting. During the workshop Evgenia highlighted the key points of structuring the projects encompassing all stages of project implementation starting from planning the concept of a project and assessing project feasibility till its operation.
