You & Partners managing partner took part in a seminar on public-private partnership in the Republic of Dagestan

On October 29, 2021 Evgenia Zusman, You & Partners managing partner took part in the seminar on "Attracting Investments into the Economy of the Republic of Dagestan through the mechanism of Public-Private Partnership (PPP)". The event was organized by OOO "Creative Technologies".

The seminar was attended by the Mayor of Derbent Rustambek Pirmagomedov, his deputies and heads of structural subdivisions.

Mr. Pirmagomedov also made a presentation on the legislative regulation of PPP and concession projects, legal structuring in the field of education, tourism and sports. Those spheres are the most perspective for the development of Derbent.

Eevgenia based her speech on the judicial practice and the practice of the implemented PPP-projects in the social sphere.
