Preparation of a «private partner’s starter package» for implementing regional PPP projects in IT area

Due to the unique character of this project You & Partners engaged in developing a «private partner’s starter package» (a broad spectrum of documents that once drafted, could be afterwards applied with necessary alterations for negotiations with public authorities from different regions).

The project itself involved an implementation of a solution aimed at optimizing local governance in the sphere of real estate at a cross-municipal level.

This starter package included:

• an investment teaser covering the different contractual instruments available to the client in this particular type of projects;

• a presentation for the investors;

• a road map of the projects;

• text of proposed changes to local legislation depending on the specifics of the regions in question.
