Infrastructure Market Leaders Summit (Infrasummit)

The partner of You & Partners, Yevgenia Zusman, moderated the PPP section in IT at the First Infrastructure Market Leaders Summit (Infrasummit).
In her introductory remarks, Yevgenia noted that currently 22 IT projects are being implemented in Russia with a total investment of about 39 billion rubles. Most of the projects are in the investment and operational stages. The largest number of such projects is being implemented in the Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, and Ryazan regions. The investor participating in the largest number of projects is Rostelecom PJSC - 13 projects. The main sector of the economy in which IT projects are implemented is the transport sector.
Representatives of financing organizations and development institutions (VEB, EDB), IIDF, Rostelecom PJSC, as well as invited experts, made their presentations during the round table.
The most pressing issue was the adaptation of traditional financing instruments to the needs of “non-megaprojects”.
