Evgenia Zusman: on the development of the Higher School of Economics Program of the professional development program "PPP in the context of the digital economy", on the speakers and features of the Program

10.06.2019 On June 27, 2019, the training program "PPP in the context of the digital economy" starts. The program is being implemented jointly with the HSE (HSE is the took first place in the ranking of Russian universities by Forbes). Representatives of the expert and business community who participated in the preparation of amendments to the legislation on concession agreements and on public-private partnerships (Federal Law No. 173-FZ “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts) took an active part in the development of the curriculum of the Program, including Evgenia Zusman.

Partner of You & Partners, Evgenia Zusman, within the framework of the Program, will talk about the market of PPP projects in the IT sector, the applicable organizational and legal models for the implementation of such projects, the expected changes, the specifics of the implementation of these projects, taking into account the adopted legislation.

During the program, within 20 hours, the speakers will tell  about the financial, legal and marketing features of the implementation of such projects, give recommendations on attracting qualified personnel to such projects, conduct a test drive of PPP projects in IT, answer practical questions from participants on project structuring.

Today, the PPP in the context of the digital economy advanced training program is the only practically oriented program in Russia dedicated to the specifics of the implementation of PPP and concession projects in the IT sector.
