11.11.2022Partner of You & Partners, Evgenia Zusman, became one of the speakers of the training program on the topic "The use of public-private partnerships for the development of socially significant infrastructure in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region".
The program is organized by the National PPP Center. Municipal and state employees took part in the program.
Evgenia disclosed issues related to the regulation of the offset contract.
Evgenia's speech consisted of several modules:

the theoretical part in a remote format, in which Evgenia revealed issues related to the regulation of the offset contract, legislative changes;

presentation on the topic “The procedure for preparing and launching a project in the form of an offset contract”;

a training master class on the development of an investment project in the form of an offset contract for the students to consolidate the theoretical material.
Evgenia pointed out:
“The training program helps to popularize the offset contract mechanism, and also allows you to solve the main questions that regularly arise when choosing the optimal form and structuring a project.”
