14.09.2022Evgenia Zusman, Partner of You & Partners, took part in the “PPP 2.0. We are expanding the palette of tools for interaction between business and government” session of the Russian PPP Week 2022.
Within the framework of this section, Evgenia spoke about the mechanism of the offset contract and changes in legislation, as well as the results of the study “Offset Contract 2.0”.

The Russian PPP Week is the largest event in Russia dedicated to attracting investment in infrastructure development. Last year, about 1,000 people, including representatives of federal and regional authorities, businesses, funding organizations, business associations and industry experts, attended the congress. More than 5,000 people watched the online broadcast of the event, which was conducted on the ROSINFRA platform.
