Evgenia Zusman, Partner of You & Partners, participated in the training program "Management of PPP-based Investment Projects" organized by the National PPP Center and VEB.RF
26.10.2021On October 25th a training program of additional professional education "Management of PPP-based Investment Projects" organized by the National PPP Center and VEB was launched. Within the framework of this program You & Partners’ managing partner Evgenia Zusman was the spokesperson for the following topics: "Leases with Investment Terms. Life Cycle Contract" and "Energy Service Contract with PPP features". Evgenia also conducted a business game, in the course of which she helped to structure a PPP project in the IT sphere.
During her speech Evgenia discussed the key terms of the concession agreements in the field of the outdoor lighting, compared the concession agreement and the energy service contract and analyzed the existing experience of the concession agreements in the field of the outdoor lighting. The forms of partnership between the government and business, examples of investment conditions in the lease agreement, life cycle contracts and their areas of application were also covered in her speech.
Full-time training module will continue up untill October 29th 2021. About 40 people participate – most of them are representatives of regional and municipal authorities, financial and commercial organizations.
