You & Partners is launching a Public-private partnership nomination as a part of “Corporate Lawyer” journal’s award “Best legal departments”

In cooperation with “Corporate Lawyer” magazine and with the support of Hyperion Strategy Group, You & Partners is launching a new nomination "Public-Private Partnership" within “Corporate Lawyer’s” “Best Legal Departments” annual award.
Such legal rankings as Legal500, Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000, Pravo300 are mainly concentrated around evaluating the work of legal consultants leaving in-house lawyers without any attention.
The existing legal rankings that assess in-house teams in Russia, such as Legal Insight and the OKUR award are more inclined towards the assessment of lawyers’ practical skills and personal achievements rather than their sector-specific experience.
Therefore, by launching this nomination we are planning to highlight the best practices of in-house PPP teams and attract more attention to those experts in the area, who have built a serious reputation implementing PPP projects.
The evaluation system developed by You & Partners is designed to give all nominees an equal chance of winning.
For example, via shifting the emphasis of the grading system towards teams’ experience implementing PPP projects, rather than specific financial indicators and other budget-dependent criteria.
We hope that this nomination is going to attract extra attention to the Russian PPP market and its heroes.
