On June 29 - July 1, 2022, the Anniversary X St. Petersburg International Legal Forum is being held. This is the largest platform for dialogue between representatives of legal, business, political and law enforcement communities on issues of law in the interests of citizens, business, improving law enforcement practice, promoting legislative initiatives in order to develop a legal culture and regulate the socio-economic sphere in modern conditions.

Partner of You & Partners, Evgenia Zusman, will act as a moderator of the section “Investment projects in an era of turbulence. Effective models, legal protection mechanisms”.

This section will cover the following topics:

·         Possible mechanisms for the implementation of investment projects: from offsets to PPP

·         What investment instruments and mechanisms do the regions need? Where to get money?

·         What contractual mechanisms become more actual during the crisis

Moscow's experience in implementing investment projects: (offsets, LCC, SPIC)

Guarantees for the investor, provided for by law and the contract

Can there be guarantees for public side?

Legal instruments for ensuring the bankability of an investment project (compensation upon termination - legal nature, in which projects it can be applied)

Changing investment conditions after the conclusion of the agreement - myth or reality?

Special circumstances - in what cases, besides PPP, can it be applied, what it gives?
