You & Partners’ managing partner took part in the professional development programme "Implementing PPP projects in housing and public space development"
04.02.2021Evgeniya Zusman, You & Partners’ managing partner, was a speaker of the master class on "Concession vs. energy service contract for outdoor lighting projects" within the professional development programme "Implementation of PPP projects in housing and public space development" organised by the Agency for Regional Development of the Moscow Region and the National PPP Centre.
The master class was organised jointly with the association of energy service companies RAESKO.
During the master class Yevgeniya discussed the key terms of concession agreement in the field of outdoor lighting, highlighted the pitfalls of such projects at the stage of structuring and implementation.
Evgeniya also analysed the existing experience of concession agreements in the field of outdoor lighting, assessed the conditions of such agreements and gave practical recommendations that attendees can take into account when structuring projects in the form of a concession.
Following the master class, Evgenia, together with Aleksey Tulikov, General Director of the RAESKO Association of Energy Service Companies, conducted an interactive test that covered the most complex issues in structuring concession agreements and energy service contracts in the outdoor lighting sector.
More than 100 representatives of executive authorities and municipalities of Moscow region took part in the training programme.
