17.07.2025On July 17, the research study «Far East: Industry. PPP. Support measures» was presented at the venue of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV).
The study was co-authored with the participation of You & Partners and supported by the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Far East and Arctic, the Eastern Center for State Planning, and the Association of Infrastructure Investors and Lenders (ASIIC).
The research aims to serve as a navigator for investors and stakeholders planning project implementation in the Far East, guiding them through the establishment of core and related infrastructure using PPP models combined with state support mechanisms.
As noted by Evgenia Zusman, the study's co-author and Managing Partner of You & Partners: «PPP can become a driver for the development of industrial projects in the region. This research will help investors understand which PPP tools, combined with available support measures, can be used to implement projects in the Far East.»
