You & Partners partner Evgenia Zusman held a meeting of the Infrastructure Club working group on PPP in IT

13.03.2019 On March 13, 2019, under the leadership of You & Partners partner Evgenia Zusman, a regular meeting of the working group on the implementation of PPP projects in the field of information technology and communications (PPP in IT) of the Infrastructure Club was held. This meeting was attended by representatives of the Galaktika corporation (Galaktika Corporation is a Russian developer of a national digitalization platform for large enterprises, holdings and state corporations and business applications), Bars-group JSC (leading Russian company in the digital economy), Sberbank PJSC (the largest transnational and universal bank of the Russian Federation), the Association of energy service companies RAESKO (RAESKO includes organizations that are professionals in the energy service market, suppliers of energy-saving equipment) and other organizations.

The main topic on the agenda of the meeting was the discussion of the first version of the analytical study "Assessment of the prospects for the implementation of PPP and concession projects in the field of information technology and communications", presented at the end of 2018. Members of the working group presented their questions and comments to the study, as well as their proposals for research version.

The agenda of the meeting of the working group also included the discussion of such issues as:

- completion of the questionnaire for representatives of IT companies (the results of this survey will be included in the second version of the study);

- the necessary directions for adjusting the legislation in order to implement PPP and concession projects in the IT field;

- formation of a rating of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for PPP in IT.

The members of the working group confirmed the relevance of the study and the need to continue working on popularizing the topic of PPP in IT, removing legislative barriers, and explaining the methodology for launching pilot projects.
