You & Partners presents the online course "Public Consession Initiative (PCI) School"
01.08.2022Specialists of You & Partners company have developed a new online course "PCI School", dedicated to the procedure for preparing, submitting and reviewing a private concession initiative.
The course is presented at the PPP Academy on the Rosinfra platform (National PPP Center).
The educational course includes video lectures and assignments for them, useful materials (analysis of judicial practice and excerpts from regulatory legal acts).
The course is especially relevant in connection with the new amendments, which allow, until December 31, 2022, to conclude concession agreements, the concessor for which is a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, without holding a tender (the Law is available here).
During the course, students will study the following questions:
the history of the appearance of PCI;
key dates;
requirements for the form of the PCI and for the form of an alternative application;
change in PCI;
recall of the PCI;
appeal procedure;
and others.
You can choose from two tuition rates:
"Standard"
"Premium"
Premium students will be able to get expert advice.
