You & Partners, together with the Corporate Lawyer magazine, will continue to work together on the development of the Public-Private Partnership nomination as a part of the Best Legal Departments of Russia competition. Held in 2021 for the first time, the nomination aroused interest among representatives of business and government agencies involved in the implementation of PPP projects. In 2022, it was decided to finalize the questionnaire and methodology for evaluating the application of nomination participants with the involvement of market experts and participants in PPP projects. We would like as many market players as possible to learn about the nomination, and that in this difficult time the nomination contributes to the promotion of legal teams and their public-private partnership projects.
