14.10.2019 On October 8, 2019, You & Partners associates took part in the grand opening of the production and logistics complex of the German company Karl Schmidt Spedition GmbH & Co. KG in the Kaluga region. For several years, the company's associates have been providing legal support for the creation and operation of this infrastructure complex.

The logistics complex is the largest in Russia, it provides access to customers in the Moscow and Central Region, as well as the possibility of direct communication with Europe. The complex specializes in bulk cargo logistics. The project worth 2.2 billion rubles became part of the Freight Village Vorsino multimodal transport and logistics center.

Within the framework of this project, the company's associates:

- Participated in the preparation of a contract for the creation of a logistics hub and provided legal support for its activities
- Provided advice on attracting government support measures
- consulted on the field of civil, land, tax, labor legislation of the Russian Federation and other branches of legislation
- Prepared official opinions on behalf of the company.
