An advanced training program on structuring offset contracts took place on April 12-14

An advanced training program on structuring offset contracts organized by You & Partners together with the National PPP Center was held on April 12-14.

The training was attended by 46 representatives of business, executive authorities and development corporations from more than 20 regions of the country - from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin.

As part of the training program, the experts talked about the prerequisites for the emergence of contracts for the of goods or the provision of services that provide for counter investment obligations, as well as how to plan the optimal time and volume of investments, determine the main terms of the contract, formulate requirements for the procedure for fulfilling the obligations of the parties on the investment and operational stages. At the end of the program, a master class on preparing tender documentation for concluding an offset contract was organized.
