Evgenia Zusman moderated a workshop on PPP in IT

On 26 October 2018, in the city of Sochi, within the framework of the 6^th All-Russian Forum “A Look into the Digital Future”, HSE held a workshop on “Actual changes in the PPP legislation. New models for the implementation of investment IT projects as a tool for implementation of the RF Digital Economy program”.

The workshop consisted of a lecture module and an interactive element. The speakers were the expert practitioners in the field of structuring and implementing PPP projects, including representatives of Rostelecom PJSC, the Internet Initiatives Development Fund, Sberbank of Russia, the Association of Energy Service Companies – RAESCO, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, and others.

The event included a business game, when the groups were to structure a PPP project in the IT sector, and also passed a new legislation interactive test. As the result of the workshop, the participants were awarded certificates by the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

The Partner of You & Partners Evgenia Zusman moderated the workshop, and also made an introductory report on the PPP market and IT investment projects.
