24.04.2023On April 21–22, St. Petersburg hosted the Baltic Legal Masters Forum, which brought together more than 300 participants from all over the country.
The event consisted of 18 sections and was devoted to the discussion of topical issues of Russian law.
Evgenia Zusman, You & Partners’s Partner, performed as a speaker in "Legal Aspects of PPP" section. Evgenia highlighted the PPP project mechanism-launching, spoke about PPP and quasi-PPP, as well as about the offset contract as one of the quasi-PPP mechanisms.
