Evgenia Zusman, Partner of You & Partners, spoke with Svetlana Volkova, Board Member - Vice President of Legal Affairs of SITRONICS LLC. This interview is a joint project with Legal Insight magazine and is devoted to the analysis of legal trends in in the field of PPP.

As part of the interview, the colleagues discussed the Case of SITRONICS LLC vs. the Republic of Ingushetia, which deals with the recovery of debt from the Republic of Ingushetia under a concession agreement for a project of creating a system for photo and video recording of traffic violations, and the significance of such disputes for the implementation of PPP projects in Russia.
