The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation discussed the regulation of extra-budgetary investments in the space industry
12.04.2024Valeria Cherepanova, associate at You & Partners, took part in a round table meeting on the topic «Regulation of extra-budgetary investments in the space industry with the involvement of public-private partnership mechanisms», which was held at the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
The topic of the round table was the proposals of the regulator and market representatives on the regulation of the space industry, including in connection with consideration in the State Duma of the Russian Federation of a draft law aimed at creating favorable conditions for attracting private investment in the development of the Russian space industry, and making comprehensive amendments to the regulation of this area.
