On November 6, 2018, at the M-Logos Law Institute, Yevgenia Zusman, the partner of You & Partners, delivered two lectures on private initiative and on competitive procedures for concluding agreements under the Law on Concession Agreements and the Law on PPP.
Yevgenia highly appreciated the preparedness of participants and noted that they actively asked questions, demonstrating motivation and interest in the topic, as well as practical experience in structuring PPP and concession projects.
"It is the most interesting thing - to have a discussion with colleagues on an equal footing," said Yevgenia.
The most dynamic element of the training was a business game, during which the participants were offered a description of a private concession initiative. The group was divided into 2 teams (concessor and concessionaire) and prepared positions for negotiating on the most pressing issues usually discussed by the parties during negotiations on a private initiative.
