The partner of You & Partners, Yevgenia Zusman, made a presentation on "Prospects for the Use of PPP in the Sector of Information Technology" as part of the advanced training program "Management of Public-Private Partnership Projects in the Regions of the Russian Federation", held by the PPP Department of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
The listeners of this program were representatives of federal government bodies (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation), executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk Region, Department of Finance of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Department of Property and Land Relations of the Lipetsk Region), as well as representatives of the Avtodor State Corporation, MOSTOTREST PJSC, the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs, and other organizations.
During her speech, Yevgenia drew attention to the current situation in the implementation of PPP projects in the IT sector, spoke about the problems in concluding such agreements, gave examples of specific PPP projects in the IT sector, and also analyzed judicial practice and foreign experience in this area.
