At the invitation of the Institute of Transport Economics and Transport Policy Studies of the Higher School of Economics, the company's partner, Yevgenia Zusman, delivered a lecture on the topic "Legal Foundations of PPP in Russia" for undergraduates.
The main stages of the formation and development of public-private partnership in Russia, the existing forms of public-private partnership, the private concession initiative, and the initiative on PPP (MPP) agreements were highlighted during the presentation.
Yevgenia noted the following trends in the field of PPP as the main ones:
The emergence of new PPP facilities (IT facilities)
Further improvement of laws (cultural objects, financial support for housing and communal services, etc.)
"Infrastructuring Mortgage"
Controversial law enforcement practice ("Bashkir Case")
Surge of projects in the medical sector
The new role of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
Due to the interest shown by the students, it was decided to develop a program of additional lectures on law enforcement practice in the field of PPP.
