Evgenia Zusman, Managing Partner of You & Partners, Appointed to the List of Associate Arbitrators at the RSPP Arbitration Centre
26.04.2026The Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) has updated its list of associate arbitrators, and Evgenia Zusman, Managing Partner of You & Partners, has been included.
The Arbitration Centre at the RSPP is an independent permanent arbitral institution. In addition to the main list of arbitrators, it maintains a list of associate arbitrators. Experts included in this list are entitled to participate in dispute resolution without additional approvals from the Appointments Committee.
Inclusion on the list is a recognition of expertise in PPP and complex commercial disputes – areas that require not only legal qualifications but also a deep understanding of investment‑specific issues.
