The Association of Infrastructure Investors and Creditors (AIIC) was established in order to consolidate the industry agenda, attract private investment in the country's infrastructure, as well as improve mechanisms for non-budgetary financing and public-private partnerships in the field of infrastructure construction, including roads, ports, airfields, housing and communal services, social facilities, public transport, industry, etc.
The Expert Council includes key experts in the field of PPP.
