First Participants Have Already Rated the Focus Course “Restructuring and Exit from PPP Projects”: Practice, Case Studies, and Hands-On Tools
15.01.2026The PPP Academy of You & Partners has shared the first wave of feedback from attendees of its focus course, “Restructuring and Exit from PPP Projects.” Participants gave high marks to the practical format, which is built around real‑world scenarios and provides concrete tools for navigating crisis situations.
The course was designed to tackle one of the most complex challenges in the public‑private partnership market—managing projects in distress, handling restructuring, or exiting deals with minimal losses.
In their reviews, attendees particularly emphasised the programme’s hands‑on approach:
“I was really pleased with how thoroughly they covered the actual working aspects: the mechanics of crisis management, the nuances of interaction… It really helps you understand the process on a much deeper level.”
“I finally got a clear handle on project restructuring. The material—which is usually just theory—was broken down through real case studies. After the course, I now have a concrete action plan.”
“The focus course gives you clear, workable tools… The checklists and materials made my daily tasks much easier. It’s obvious that the course was put together by practitioners.”
The programme is relevant for a wide range of professionals involved in PPP project delivery:
-
For those who want to learn how to build restructuring mechanisms into agreements from the outset.
-
For market players looking to identify critical tipping points throughout the project lifecycle and make well‑informed decisions.
-
For teams already facing implementation difficulties and searching for ways to restructure or exit a project gracefully—while preserving their business reputation and minimising financial losses.
