Evgenia Zusman, partner of You & Partners, spoke on applicability of a concession model to children’s recreation projects.
In her report, Evgenia enlightened the potential use of PPP instruments for the purposes of establishing and upgrading children’s health improvement camps and revealed why concession can be the optimum model for this area, how to formalize a private concession initiative and what shall be checked by investor eager to initiate a concession project.
As the key factors affecting return on investment, Evgenia distinguished seasonality in children’s camp operation and stressed the necessity of the warranted demand for recreation vouchers by the government.
During the presentation, the matters of commercial activities were also in the spotlight that a concessionary can carry out with the use of the concession facility.
