The event will bring together investors, regional representatives, banks, infrastructure concessionaires, and industry associations. The key focus will be on how high‑quality market research underpins sound investment justifications in PPP and concession projects.
Speakers include leading HSE experts, partners from You & Partners, VTB Infrastructure Holding, Sberbank, Urbantech Group, and the strategic consultancy Hyperion. The programme covers legal trends in PPP for 2026, traffic study methodologies, banks’ data requirements, and the risks of overly optimistic justifications.
