Legal support of a pilot project to create a unified federal IT platform in the field of science in the interest of a private party

You & Partners provided legal consulting services to support a pilot project to create a unified federal IT platform in the field of science and to develop primary legal documents required to start a project in the interest of a non-profit organization.

The key tasks in the project:

• Preparation of a user agreement and consent to the processing of personal data, taking into account the requirements of Russian legislation and GDPR

• Preparation of a list of documents required for the functioning of the platform

• Preparation of proposals on a possible form of project implementation: PPP agreement, concession agreement, private project

• Preparation of an investment teaser and concept, taking into account the chosen form of project implementation. These documents will be used to present the project to new partners

• Preparation of draft amendments to federal laws, decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation, departmental orders.
