Research on the topic: «Analysis of the Russian experience in regulating and supporting the launch and implementation of projects for the digitalization of urban economy, including using public-private partnership mechanisms»

You & Partners were approached by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation with the task to perform research .

The key tasks in the project:

• analysis of the Russian experience in regulating and supporting the launch and implementation of urban digitalization projects, including through the use of public-private partnership mechanisms;

• development of recommendations in terms of replication on the territory of the subjects and municipalities of the Russian Federation of best practices in the preparation and launch of projects for the digitalization of urban economy, including using public-private partnership mechanisms, as well as appropriate regulatory mechanisms and state support measures.
