Charity Activities

Since its founding, You & Partners has remained committed to the principles of social and professional responsibility. We genuinely believe that business is not just about results—it's also about making a meaningful contribution to society.

We thoughtfully support charitable initiatives, with a particular focus on areas that matter most to us: maternal and child welfare, as well as ensuring dignity and happiness in old age. Our initiatives have been carried out in partnership with:

• The «Old Age for Joy» charitable foundation, which supports the elderly and people with disabilities;

• The «Big Change» foundation, which helps orphans;

• The «Cradle» Orthodox center for children in need;

• The «Children Help Children» school project, run by the «Give Life» foundation.

A charity fundraiser in support of making education more accessible to children with experience of orphanhood (organized by the "Big Change" foundation) was held by HSE University and You & Partners as part of the roundtable discussion "Data for Investment Decisions: Assessing Demand, Risks, and Project Sustainability." All proceeds will go toward covering tuition fees and mentoring consultations for young people who need them most. You can support the campaign and make a contribution via the link provided.

As part of a special project by the You & Partners Women's Club, we hosted an event titled Antifragility: Finding Your Anchors in a Rapidly Changing World." All funds raised during the event are being directed to support the beneficiaries of the foundation at https://starikam.org.

We are also actively developing educational initiatives in the fields of law and public-private partnerships. Our goal is to make knowledge accessible and practically applicable. To that end, we regularly hold free training events—both independently and in collaboration with partners - and publish analytical and research materials in open access.

In 2024, through the You & Partners PPP Academy, we provided free access to our information and educational resources to representatives from over 50 regions of Russia.
