International investment agreement (mining) in the Kyrgyz Republic

On behalf of the American private investor, we provided legal consulting services and structured an investment project on creation of mining enterprise in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The client chose us as legal consultants for the project as a result of successful legal support of two previous investment projects of this investor in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The key tasks in the project:

• Providing support to the client at the stage of project structuring and negotiations with counterparties

• Assisting the client at the stage of developing and signing an investment agreement for financing the project

• Suggesting the options for bringing state support tools in the project implementation

• Suggesting the options for security transaction for the purposes of the project.
