Memorandum on possible models for the implementation of an investment project in the field of transport

We prepared a memorandum on possible models for the implementation of the investment project in the field of transport with the recommendation of the optimal model for the project.
We performed the following tasks within the project:

• Legal analysis of documentation related to the implementation of the project 
• Preparation of a report on possible investment project implementation models 
• Preparation of risk information for each model and recommendations for minimizing them 
• Preparation of recommendations on the optimal project implementation model 
• Preparation of all necessary legal documentation for the transaction 
• Transaction support.
