At You & Partners, our lawyers provide pro bono expertise in PPP and infrastructure to support socially significant initiatives and regional development. Our pro bono projects help nonprofits and government agencies - at both the federal and local levels - make legally sound decisions in areas where it matters most to the public.

The public sector – with PPP structuring, concessions, offset agreements, and other forms of public-private collaboration, as well as risk analysis and compliance.

How to request pro bono support

Support is available to nonprofits, educational institutions, and government bodies at both the federal and local levels, within You & Partners' areas of expertise.
To request assistance, please send a description of your request, project goals, and the expected public benefit to our email or fill out an application form.

Selection criteria include alignment with our practice areas, public significance, and the absence of conflicts of interest. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our expertise or conflict with our ethical standards.

Our impact in numbers

In 2024, we provided free access to our information and educational resources to representatives from over 50 regions of Russia.
